Suzanne Simmons is an independent consultant and business owner, specializing in providing training workshops and materials to increase business effectiveness. She has over 25 years experience in sales, training, and business management in Fortune 1000 companies and small/medium sized businesses.

Ms. Simmons professional background includes extensive experience in strategic planning, capital acquisition, sales management and training. Her consulting focus is on developing individual and team capabilities in a changing environment. She has worked with start-ups and has guided teams through downsizing, mergers, and acquisitions.

She has worked with Franklin Covey Co.’s sales and training division delivering time, project, and change management programs. She has been responsible for sales training in her management positions at Xerox Corp. and Advent Software, Inc. Her strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills have helped many business owners refine their strategic plans and obtain investment capital.

Her recent consulting assignments include facilitating workshops for Changeworks Global with clients Sun Microsystems, Boston Scientific, Chevron-Texaco, Intel, Janus Funds, Teradyne, Fireman’s Fund, Network Appliance, Midwest Express Airlines, McKesson, Hewlett Packard, and AOL.

Suzanne Simmons did her undergraduate work at Oregon State University and earned her executive MBA at USC.
