Patti Dobrowolski, M.A. Senior Consultant

Patti Dobrowolski, Registered Drama Therapist, is the lead consultant for ChangeworksGlobal Training, and co-founder of Alchemy – The Art of Transforming Business. For the past seven years, her consulting focus has been the rapid design and the execution of strategy development and organizational trainings to strengthen business performance and practice, with both individual contributors and senior leadership teams.

Combining her psychology and drama therapy expertise with skills in conflict resolution and systems restructuring, Patti partners with human resources and business systems teams to re-activate organizations following critical events, such as a reduction in force or product launch. Her diverse background in business, healthcare, and education allows her to aid organizations in various domestic and international industries with the creation, development, and implementation of new systems that create a successful and sustainable strategic plan for the future.

Ms. Dobrowolski's most recent consulting assignments include Sun Microsystems, Boston Scientific, ChevronTexaco, Excite@Home, Network Appliance, Janus Funds, Intel, FedEx, The Gap, Aegon/Transamerica, Internal Revenue Service, Hewlett Packard, Columbia Energy, Alza Pharmaceuticals, and Coldwell Banker/NRT.

As a national performer and drama therapist, Ms. Dobrowolski has facilitated over 1000 workshops in performance technique; writing, development, and delivery.

She earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College and her M.A. in Psychology with a specialization in Drama Therapy from The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
