Michael Stark

Michael Stark has over 18 years experience in line management and organizational
consulting in high technology, finance, and health care.
Mr. Starks professional background includes extensive experience in strategic
planning, large group facilitation, and executive coaching with start-ups through
Fortune 500 companies. His consulting practice focuses on identifying key issues,
designing a strategic approach, and fully implementing a comprehensive plan. Michaels
focus has been to create, develop, and implement whole new systems within an organization,
rather than maintain outdated systems which are no longer effectively working
for the organization.
His earliest work experience was with several companies including Xerox Corporation,
Advent Software, and Gallo Wine Company. He specialized in the areas of sales,
marketing, management, and customer service.
Mr. Starks consulting assignments in organizational development have
included designing a process utilized by several organizations to evaluate their
past successes, present strategies, and future goals of the company. This process
enables senior management to fully understand and maximize the talents of their
most valued employees. This system includes conducting leadership interviews,
focus groups, and targeted employee surveys.
Michael Stark earned his B.A. in Political Sciences from UCLA and is currently
completing his Masters in Organizational Development.
