Martin Matthews, M.A. Project & Training Administration

Martin manages Changeworks Global office operations, including research, data analysis, project coordination, and training administration. He provides direct client support, project management, and serves as administrative liaison for the firm.
In addition to his analytic and administrative support, Martin brings an intuitive capability borne out of his experience working with individuals and teams in a variety of settings. He contributes to the overall creativity and thought leadership in the firm, and serves as a key connective force for our many people, processes and services.

Martin holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Industrial Psychology and Business from California State University, Hayward.
