Mitchell Lee Marks advises executives on managing mergers,
restructurings, and other transitions; enhancing work team
effectiveness; identifying and addressing inhibitors to productivity;
and developing organizational cultures that achieve desired
financial and strategic objectives. He works closely with
leaders to help minimize the unintended consequences of transitions
on employee well being, team performance, and organizational
effectiveness; while using transitions as opportunities to
build desired organizations by enhancing workplace cultures
and employee spirit.
Recognized internationally for his work, Mitch has been invited
to speak at the Harvard Business School , the Smithsonian
Institute, and a wide variety of business and professional
groups. He is the author of several books and articles on
topics related to transition management and organizational
change. Mitch received a B.A. in Psychology and Communications
from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and earned
his M.A. in Psychology and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology
from the University of Michigan.
