Changeworks Global was founded in 1983 by business focused psychologists, Cynthia Scott, Ph.D. and Dennis Jaffe, Ph.D., who sought to “make a difference” by applying humanistic approaches to organizational challenges. Based in San Francisco and guided by managing partner Alan Krepack, Ph.D. for the past ten years, we continue to help clients build leadership capacity and skills, effective teams, and organization-wide capability for change and bottom-line results.
