Alan is the Managing Partner of Changeworks Global, Inc.

Alan has been a consultant to business, specializing in leadership and organizational development for over 20 years. During this time he has been the organizational development specialist for William M. Mercer, Inc., owner of his own consulting firm, and in management as Director of Clinical Services for a unit of Children’s Hospital of San Francisco.

Currently, Alan works with organizations to achieve outcomes in: defining and realizing preferred futures; large-scale organizational transformation and culture change; integration processes for mergers and global coordination; ERP change management design and implementations; and leadership and team effectiveness.

He has worked with clients from a wide variety of industries, including: sales, technology, business services, utility, manufacturing, education, hotel, entertainment, professional sports, health care and municipalities. Some of his current and past clients include: Alta Bates Hospital, Boston Bruins, California State Automobile Association, Chevron-Texaco, City & County of San Francisco, Exxon, Hawaiian Electric Company, Hewlett-Packard, Management Recruiters International Inc., McKesson, Outrigger Hotels, Saybrook Institute, Sonoma County, Solutia, Spectra Physics, Spelling Productions and Veraz Networks.

Alan assists organizations in the conceptualization and design of projects, project management, all phases of implementation, and ensuring desired results are achieved.

He has developed specific programs for achieving large scale culture change, leadership and team development tied to business results, 360° assessment-for-development processes and executive coaching.

Alan works locally, nationally, and internationally, and is widely respected for his dynamic and flexible approach, insights, effective outcomes and integrity. He has also written and presented papers on the "Political dimensions of organizational life" and "Changing the culture of middle age organizations."

Dr. Krepack attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received his B.A. with Distinction. He did his graduate work at CSPP-Berkeley to earn a Ph.D. in Psychology..
