Individual & Team Accountability
Accountability requires a level of ownership
that includes making, keeping, and proactively answering for
personal commitments. It is a perspective that focuses on
conscious choices about current and future efforts, rather
than reactive behavior and historical explanations.
This module introduces the principles of accountability and
the actions leaders can take to move themselves and their
teams toward higher accountability.
Learning Objectives:
- Define personal accountability and accountable behaviors
- Recognize accountable attitudes and behaviors
- Understand how to lead others toward accountability
- Introduce guidelines and tools for receiving and giving
