Change Navigation Series -
Mastering Organizational Resiliency Program
This program is designed for individual contributors
who are experiencing a major change, or ongoing change, in
the workplace. Participants focus on ways to understand the
phases of change, then learn and practice the skills needed
to effectively assess the change and guide themselves through
it in a more healthy and productive manner.
Powerful conceptual models are used (the Transition Curve
and its action-centered counterpart, the Skill Development
Model) to better understand and direct their responses to
change and create their path forward. These universally applied
models are recognized as the process that all individuals
and groups move through during change and the skills needed
to effectively navigate through it.
During this workshop participants will:
Comprehend the factors driving the organization’s
change.
- Recognize where they are in the Transition Curve.
- Acknowledge and communicate their reactions about the
change.
- Recognize and let go of the losses that result from a
change.
- Identify, analyze, and expand their support network.
- Identify and act upon matters within their control.
- Reframe limiting beliefs and attitudes to support desired
organizational changes.
- Identify their portfolio of skills that add value to the
organization.
- Create and initiate an action plan for accelerating their
change process.
Mastering Organizational Resiliency requires an understanding
of change as part of a continuing process that can be managed
with a specific set of skills and tools. Mastering Organizational
Resiliency teaches employees skills and approaches to progress
steadily through the four phases of change.
This workshop is suited for all employees. It helps them comprehend
systemic change at the organization, team, and individual
level.
