Change Navigation Series
Changeworks Global Change Navigation Series particularly
targets Skill Development for Leaders tasked with driving
large scale organizational initiatives, and Individual Contributors
experiencing change and turbulance. Our Change Leadership
workshops are available off the shelf and are highly customizable.
Modules:
While each program’s delivery is tailored to each
group’s needs in the organization, Leading Change,
Leading Organizational Resiliency and
Mastering Organizational Resiliency are designed
from the same underlying methodologies and framework. This
fosters coherence across organizational levels and creates
a common language, as all levels of stakeholders build their
change capabilities.
- Leading Change: For Executives
and Senior Leaders, the focus is on the organization
wide (systemic) impacts of the current change initiative.
Managers must understand the overall change
initiative and specifically how the change will be implemented
within their business units.
- Mastering Organizational Resiliency:
The Individual Contributor learns to understand
the overall change initiative - how it impacts them, and
how to develop skills, to not simply cope, but to thrive,
during turbulent times.
As pioneers and thought leaders in the field of change management
over the past 25 years, we continue to evolve new models and
methodologies based on changing socioeconomic conditions and
factors. Our original model, the Transition Curve,
remains a foundational component of our change methodology.
With the introduction of the 5 Lenses of Change Leadership,
we honed our focus on the five areas of requisite leadership
competence.
Based on our experience, for successful organizational change
to occur, all 5 competencies must be developed within the
organization. With the introduction of the Skill Development
Model, based on the Transition Curve,
leaders, managers, and employees learn specific target areas
for skill development that directly correlate to ready implementation
of change initiatives and the attainment of their strategic
objectives.
