Learning & Development Toolkits
Our three sets of learning and development modules are targeted
to build skills and develop talent in leadership, teams, and
entire organizations. Programs are experiential and address
"real time" issues and development needs. We use
these tools as stand alone trainings and to augment our consulting
initiatives.
The materials have been used in thousands of organizations
across several industries, with varied levels of participants.
They are designed to be easy to use, cost-effective, and appropriate
for any group.
Participants gain practical high-impact skills in a variety
of areas, depending on needs. We provide off the shelf and
customized versions of our Learning & Development Toolkits
and Training Modules for three core categories:

Each of our modules can be delivered as:
- Single point trainings (from 2-4 hours)
- In depth learning and planning sessions (1-2 day)
- Part of a learning and development series (3-5 days)
Each module is augmented with:
- A participant guide
- A PowerPoint presentation
- A facilitator’s guide
- Assessment tools, activities, and action plans
Changeworks' trainers and consultants provide direct facilitation
of all modules, or certify qualified facilitators through
a train the trainer process.
