Skill Development for
Change Leaders and Individual Contributors

Changeworks Global provides off the shelf and customized versions of change leadership workshops for two primary audiences:

  • Senior Leaders / Executives / Line Managers
  • Individual Contributors

While each program’s delivery is tailored to each group’s needs in the organization, both workshops are designed from the same underlying methodologies and framework. This fosters coherence across organizational levels and creates a common language, as all levels of stakeholders build their change capabilities.

  • For Senior Leaders and Executives, the focus is on the organization wide (systemic) impacts of the current change initiative.
  • Line Managers must understand the overall change initiative and specifically how the change will be implemented within their business units.
  • The Individual Contributor learns to understand the overall change initiative - how it impacts them, and how to develop skills, not to just cope, but to thrive during turbulent times.

As pioneers and thought leaders in the field of change management over the past 25 years, we continue to evolve new models and methodologies based on changing socioeconomic conditions and factors. Our original model, the Transition Curve, remains a foundational component of our change methodology. With the introduction of the 5 Lenses, we honed our focus on the five areas of requisite leadership competence.

Based on our experience, for successful organizational change to occur, all 5 competencies must be developed within the organization. With the introduction of the Skill Development Model, based on the Transition Curve, leaders, managers, and employees learn specific target areas for skill development that directly correlate to ready implementation of change initiatives and the attainment of their strategic objectives.
