Cultural Transformation
Our Model of Cultural Transformation provides a framework
from which we co-design with our clients a roadmap for implementing
their unique vision of excellence.
This model helps organizations conceptualize and put into
perspective the work they have done, and what they need to
do. This evaluation begins with an examination of how the
history of the organization contributes to its current culture.
The foundation of the culture, defined by the organization’s
values and core competencies, is assessed in light of the
level of support they provide for creating the desired future.
The changes in the business environment, organizational structure,
or processes that are driving the need for organizational
change are described and analyzed.
Rather than continue to react to change, organizations must
design their own desired future state. Their vision will influence
all aspects of the organization’s definition of success;
its targeted marketplace, competitive position and advantage,
and the culture that describes day-to-day life within the
organization. We use this model to help organizations clarify
where they have come from and where they want to go, and to
identify the strategies, leadership, and capabilities it will
take to get there.
The Cultural Transformation model, along with results from
the Denison Culture Survey,
help identify strengths and gaps, and the critical work required
to achieve the desired future state.
