OVERVIEW
As a result of a recent spin-off virtually all of the senior leaders across the
enterprise were new to their positions of authority.
CHALLENGE
There was a sense of urgency for the new senior team to establish its credibility
in the marketplace and in the financial markets while driving major changes in
the organization.
ACTIONS
Combining a 360º feedback process with executive coaching and team-based learning
the CEO through the top fifteen leaders of the organization received role specific
feedback and developmental action plans.
RESULTS
Executive leadership became much stronger and focused. Those who did not have
the tools for the current challenge departed and the executive team became much
more successful at leading strategic execution. Market share and strategic focus
are stronger than ever. CWG is continuing to steward the development work with
a newly formed group of leaders in one of the companys key businesses.
