OVERVIEW
As a result of a recent spin-off virtually all of the senior leaders across the enterprise were new to their positions of authority.

CHALLENGE
There was a sense of urgency for the new senior team to establish its credibility in the marketplace and in the financial markets while driving major changes in the organization.

ACTIONS
Combining a 360º feedback process with executive coaching and team-based learning the CEO through the top fifteen leaders of the organization received role specific feedback and developmental action plans.

RESULTS
Executive leadership became much stronger and focused.
