CHALLENGE
This traditional regulated utility company needed to instill a sense of urgency into its leadership and workforce to address the likely introduction of new competitors, higher costs, and demands for customer innovations.

ACTIONS
CWG designed and delivered a scenario planning process with the senior vice presidents of the production and distribution divisions. These two initiatives were aimed at understanding future risks and opportunities and making the necessary shifts in organizational strategy, structure, and leadership to thrive in this future state.

RESULTS
